Registering on RensiWeb.com is quick and easy (but not mandatory), and all you need are a few simple clicks. When you place an order, we will request all essential data, which you can change or correct at any time (although only if you’ve Registered). Once inside your account you can enter and/or change your personal information and shipping address, and review your order history (this is a service available only for Registered Users).
Only Registered Users will receive dedicated offers, and have access to some dedicated Brands and Products.

Buying on RensiWeb.com is easy: browse among the categories and use the filters to quickly select the most suitable products for your needs.
The product description includes Technical Specifications, Pictures, Details to acquire useful information regarding the product faster. Press on the button “Buy” and you will see how easy it is to purchase on our website. Your shopping bag can be changed at any time before closing the order.

When you continue with the purchase, in the “Shopping Cart” you will find a button labelled “Proceed with order”. Fill in the fields with the required data; the registered user will find the information already filled in, while new users can save them at the first purchase. During the purchase process you will be asked to choose the method of payment and we will specify possible Extra costs (in specific cases). Click on “Place Order” to proceed with the purchase. If you wish to pay by credit card, you will be automatically redirected to the secure PayPal platform or to that related to the Banking Institution.

Return and Refund
European Law provides for any distance purchase the possibility of Return and Refund (30 days), for an on-line purchase. Within 15 days from the receipt of the parcel, you need to warn the seller regarding your intention of returning the product. You will then have 15 days to ship the product (all with clear dates), which, once received, will be verified and 100% refunded (unless there are clear damages or signs of use of the product). The return shipment is free for all EU nations/states while for other destinations in the world we will ask a contribution of € 30.00 for products priced less than € 299.00, and free for higher amounts. The package will be Booked by us through your specifications, and upon appointment the Courier will pick up the parcel. Alternatively, you can send it at your expense, with the Courier you prefer.
- We recommend that you keep all packing from the original shipment so you can easily and safely prepare the Return parcel should you avail yourself of this option.
Shipping
All our products are shipped with Value Insurance, sealed with personalized ribbons and Anti-infringement Security Seals. When you collect the parcel, make sure that the box, tape, seals or packaging have not been tampered with. In that case, refuse the delivery or sign the Courier’s record and receipt adding the writing “with reserve” (it is a good idea to take pictures).
